It's cobalt and magenta with a TKO! These colorful wine glasses were loaned to me by a friend to use in a painting. They display a lovely pattern of circles etched into the sides of the crystal. Once I had them arranged in my not-so-still life and turned on the studio lights, the arena was suddenly flooded with drama and intrigue. Shadowy ghosts could be seen kickboxing around in every direction of the ring. It made for an interesting and challenging competition but what a commotion as jabs of shadow, light and reflections simultaneously clamored for attention. My light box was a happening place.
